Hidden Acres Cabins — Rental Policies

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
A $50 deposit hold is placed on the card used at booking. If no damages are found, the hold is released within 5 days after checkout. Cancellations made 7 or more days before your stay receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of your stay are non-refundable.

Pets
Pets are not permitted inside the cabins. Guests may keep pets in a secure kennel on the covered porch. Guests found to have pets inside the cabins will forfeit their security deposit and be subject to a $500 cleaning fee. Please see our Service Animal policy below for guests traveling with a registered Service Animal.

Service Animals
Registered Service Animals are welcome at Hidden Acres Cabins. Guests traveling with a Service Animal will not be charged additional pet or cleaning fees. We ask that Service Animals remain off all furniture and are crated when left alone in the cabin. Please contact us in advance with any questions.

Smoking
Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vape pens, and electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside and immediately outside the cabins. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor grill area. Violations will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and a $500 fine.

Occupancy
Each cabin has a maximum occupancy based on the number of beds advertised. Exceeding the authorized number of guests may result in termination of your reservation.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for fellow guests and surrounding residents.

Housekeeping
There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are provided. Washers and dryers are available in select cabins for your use during your stay. Please do not remove linens or towels from the cabin.

Pond & Outdoor Areas
Guests are welcome to fish in the pond. Swimming in the pond is not permitted. The outdoor BBQ pavilion is available on a first come, first served basis.

Children
Children under 18 are the full responsibility of their accompanying adults and may not wander the grounds unsupervised.
