One-Night Stay Terms and Conditions Northwest Missouri State Fair 2024 Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

Open to individuals 18 years or older who complete an entry form at the booth.. One entry per person.

 

Prize Description:

The winner will receive a one-night stay at either The Elk or The Gobbler Cabin, subject to availability. The winner may choose which cabin to stay in.

 

Booking and Availability:

The stay must be booked within one year of September 2, 2024, and is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Blackout dates and peak season restrictions may apply.

 

Security Deposit:

A refundable $100 security deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded after the stay, provided there is no damage to the cabin or its contents.

 

Non-Transferability:

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

Liability:

Hidden Acres Cabins is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by the winner or their guests during their stay.

Agreement: By entering the drawing, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
